Answer:

Uphill battle You'd first need to prove that they were willfully negligent. That they knew of this specific problem, with this hydrant, and then didn't remedy the situation within a timely fashion. Even then, they wouldn't be held 100% liable for this fire, as they make no guarantees of service. Just because a fire department exists, doesn't mean they're liable for fires.
They say his wife broke out the windows of his Escalade with a golf club after the wreck to rescue him. Mm hm
no. he should pay for himself DX he's the one who made the fire hydrant die! besides, i dont have that much money anyways :(
i wonder why any car goes over a speed bump slow. If you are traveling the speed limit of the street that has the speed bump then there is no problem. your cars shocks will handle the bump. they are designed to not damage a car doing the right thing only the car doing the wrong thing. i go over them full posted speed hardly even feel them. but i have gone over them super slow and gotten all shoooked around and spilled my coffee .. bla bla bla. let the shocks do their job and absorb the bump
Ab-sol-UTE-ly NOT! He makes quite enough money to replace the fire hydrant. Take up a collection to help the homeless instead. They need it more than wealthy Tiger Woods, right?
