Question:

i live in atrailer there is raw sewer coming up under the ground that smells really bad i need to know what?

the health risks are from it being there

Answer:

Nasty bacteria that can cause stomach ailments. Worms. Nothing good. You need to get that fixed, your cost or someone elses. That leaches into the ground and affects more than just your trailer.
call your land lord and insist it be cured immediatly if you own, it gets rougher. there is a leak/blockage.or a full tank i would check the tank level, then rent an augur, then dig. get out the canal wrench and dig the area out to see what kind of pipe you're dealing with. abs is easiest, clay can be ugly, and ductile is impossible for most homeowners
DO YOU HAVE SEPTIC TANK OR SEWER LINE? IF SEPTIC TANK-THEN THAT TANK IS PROB FULL AND RUNNING OVER...DON'T LIFT LID..THAT TANK GOTTA BE EMPTIED.... DANGEROUS.....FECES.. FOR HUMANS AND ANIMALS,, HEALTH DEPT GOES APE OVER THESE ISSUES.. IF YOU HAVE SEWER LINES THEN IT SOUNDS AS IF THE MAUN LINE FROM TOILET TO SEWER LINE CONNECT HAS BROKEN,,,,, THIS Y OR RIGGED UP CONNECT SOMETIMES OLD CAST IRON RUST AFTER 25-30 YEARS AND BREAK OFF. PVC/CPV CAN ALSO BREAK LOOSE (WEAK GLUE/NO GLUE) SO CHECK UNDER TRAILER FOR THAT... SIMPLE TO FIX EITHER OR THE TWO OF THOSE,,, EMPTY IF SEPTIC TANK AND ALSO FLUSH DRAIN LINES (TWO OR THREE LINES) SEWER LINE CONNECT BROKEN OR COME LOOSE,
You may just need you tank or pit pumped, or you could have a broken line. Call an excavator who does that kind of work.
OH.. you have septic tank problems.. Do you share a septic tank with OTHERS in the trailer park? or is it JUST your trailer and YOUR septic tank.. If it is JUST yours.. it will have to be uncovered by a PROFESSIONAL and treated.. In the future, you should use a compound that you use for septic tanks to keep them from clogging.. I suspect that you DID NOT DO THAT
