Also, no smoke detectors. Have to do all repairs myself.
Check the page at my site listed below, under Sources, for lots of info, lessons and links re the different types of resin used for crafts (polyester and epoxy primarily), how they're mixed and used, and how to color them, etc. That should get you good and started. Diane B.
Well, step 1 is getting a commission. If you can, look at getting in to the AFROTC program. If you had a good high school GPA, you might be eligible for a scholarship to pay for a lot of your college. Realistically, there isn't an enlisted job that will get you really prepared to be a pilot. Being a 1N0 might be bestthat's intel for an aircraft squadron. You'd learn tactics and be involved in prepping air crews for combat. Most important is to get your college degree, with a good GPA, and then compete to be selected to go to UPT. Another good option if you want to fly is to join the Air Guard. Do your enlisted time, get your degree, and then get hired as a pilot by a guard unit. This allows you to guarantee yourself a pilot slot, assuming you do well in UPT. If you go active, there is a strong probability you'll go on to be some other kind of officer.
