Question:

I'm a beginner runner who runs at night at around 30-35 Fahrenheit.(clothing, running advice)?

So I'm 15 and just started to run. I might go out later tonight too (I live in NYC).So basically here are the clothing that i wear.T-shirt and a sweater or hoddie with a pair of sweatpants (50/50 cotton/polyester) and running shoes.I run for about 1 hour each night for around 5 miles.I'm running in prep for another sport (rowing), and also I don't want to spend money on fancy running clothing (UnderArmor tights etc.) Any advice on clothing? Am I wearing the right things? Also, if i run 4x a week and 1 hour each night (around 5 miles), is that good enough cardio for the winter?

Answer:

The minimum rating for the fire extinguisher will be 2A:40B:C. The minimum number of fire extinguishers will be based on the extinguisher's rating and the amount of floor area of the wood shop. Wood shops are classified as Ordinary (or moderate) hazards, by NFPA 10. For ordinary hazards, you can cover up to 1500 sq.ft. (placement wise) for every unit of A that the extinguisher is rated for. For example a 4A:80B:C rated unit could cover up to 6000 sq. ft. of floor space. In NO case can a fire extinguisher cover over 11,250 sq.ft., nor can the travel distance to the nearest fire extinguisher exceed 75 ft. This is travel distance, not linear distance. If you have to walk around a piece of equipment, that adds to the travel distance. I hope this helps.
