Question:

I'm an exotic dancer & pregnant. Can I be fired, not because I look pregnant but for liability?

This is my question, I am an entertainer (exotic dancer). When signing my paperwork to be a private contractor at a club in Louisiana, I signed a form stating that for any injury, etc., I could not hold the club at any liability. I am pregnant and knew I was pregnant at the time of signing. The club fire me the other night only after making me pay the house fees then kicked me out. Their excuse is that Im pregnant and thats a liability. Is what they did legal or discriminatory?

Answer:

This is gonna sound real weird but you could try using something that dissolves grease and gently rub them over or get some fine sanding paper and rub over them once? They might just take a while to get you know usable. I remember I had a pair of boots that squeaked right until they broke down so it might be the case for your wheels. Sorry I couldn't be of more help my mums the roller chick in he family.
Yes a lightning rod should protect the building. There are standard codes for how to construct the rod properly.
