I have recently gained about 4 pounds and I'm sooo scared I'd gain moreI now weigh 132 pounds and I'm 5'4I'm so very sad I can even cry!! I need to lose atleast 10 pounds as soon as possibleI feel horribleAny tips on losing weight fast? and how long will it take me?
