I made banana bread the other day, so I've built up some confidenceI love nuts (any type really, walnuts, macadamia, pistachio), chocolate chip, milk, caramel, fruits, bananas, etcrequirements are I'm not allowed to use anything that's not 'natural', and no preservativesNo other requirements, including dietary restrictions.:-) Open the floodgates!!

I love apple strudel too! Made it once and was very surprised at how well it turned out! My favorite, though, is apple French bread bakeI love anything apple obviously! Apple French Bread Bake 6 tablespoons butter 8 ounces French bread, loaf (with crust) 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed 1 cup water 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons butter 2 large apples 6 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 inch cubes 1 cup walnuts, chopped -Preheat oven to 350 degreesCut bread into 3/4 inch cubesPlace 6 tbsp butter into bottom of a large baking panMelt in ovenAdd bread cubes and toss to coat evenlyBake bread until crisp and slightly browned, stirring occasionally (about 20 minutes)Remove bread from oven and raise temp to 400 degreesSimmer brown sugar, water, and cinnamon in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved and it is syrupy (about 5 minutes)Add 2 tbsp butter to mixture while hot and stir until meltedPeel and core apples and cut into a small diceCombine apples, bread cubes, cream cheese cubes, and walnutsPour syrup over all and toss to coatButter a 9x13 inch dish wellPour mixture into buttered dish and spread evenlyBake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutesIf browning too quickly, loosely cover with aluminum foilServe warm topped with whipped topping or ice cream!
