I'm trying to do one of those cute cupcake bear thingsMaybe it's just too hard of a project for someone who's never crocheted before?
after you get out of the shower if you blow dry your hair and use a brush it makes it less Cully then straiten it with low heat and make sure your hair is completely dry or it will fry it
well theirs the Japanese straighteningbut its expensive but it lasts untill new hair grows out which has to be better then straigtening everydayHm well you could always buy a heat protecting spraythat could help avoid SOME burningtoodles ^_^
Try using a flat iron and straightening cream, it works for meBut I have to follow it with a pressing come because I am black, I dont have a perm and I have thick hair.
theres certain shampoos and conditioners you can buy at a local drugstore ( expCvs ) that are for straightn ur hairrAlso there is diff creams u can put in ur hair before u blow dry itNo matter how many producs u use if u straightn ur hair everyday it will dry outttAlso try a conditioning treatment once a weekYou do this by applying conditioner to ur hair and put it up in a bun and leave it for 30 minsss
Welcome to the wonderful world of needlework! It sounds like you are using a boucle or other loopy, splitty yarn, which can be difficult for even experienced crocheters to work withI would suggest a smooth, uniform yarn with enough twist to keep it togetherThis can be made out of any fiber and does not need to be expensive, though I would suggest using a yarn you likeIt makes the whole experience more enjoyable.
