This is super easy and tastes wonderful BAKED SALMON FILLETS 2 tbsplemon juice 1/4 cpacked brown sugar 4 Market Day salmon fillets 1 tbspbutter, melted 4 thin slices lemon 8 tspbrown sugar Heat oven to 375 degreesPour lemon juice into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 1/2 x 2; sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugarArrange fillets in dish; drizzle with butterBake uncovered 15 minutes; turnPlace 1 slice lemon on each salmon fillet; sprinkle with 2 teaspoons brown sugarBake until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes longerServe with juices from dish.
My favorite way is very simpleBroil it with a little lime juice (or lemon if you prefer) and some fresh ground pepperSoooo good! It only takes about 5 minutes or so on each side - or about 8 minutes if you use something like a George Forman grillIt might take more or less time depending on how thick the salmon isIt will flake easily when it's done.
