If so, the problem ought to be far simpler and easier to put rightIdeally, you need to tighten the bolts to the manufacturer's recommended tolerance, using a torque wrench, and use a threadlock compoundHowever, if you don't have a torque wrench just use threadlock and tighten them as much as possible with a conventional hex key/spanner.
