We had mcdonalds tonight because my mom got home late and didn't have time to cookAfter I ate I got kind of cold and got under the blanketThen I started to feel like I was going to throw upYou know, like that shaky feeling all over and a tingly stomach? So I stood upthen my hands started to feel tinglyWhen I stood up my legs were shaking so bad my butt cheeks shookMy arms and hands were shaking tooI told my mom I didn't feel good and that I felt all shakyShe told me to get her diabetes bag that has all her stuff in it(she's type 2) She pricked my finger and tested the blood and it said 171what do you think? I don't think I have had any of the other symptomsI weigh 114, I'm 14Please help.

Salmon is a fishJust cook it like any meaty otherIt will take about 15 min per fillet at 20 o cEnjoy as it is nice!
You could also place the salmon on a large piece of foil, add vegetables and seasonings with butter and olive oil, lemon etc Fold the foil over and crimp the edges bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 min or so If you open it and its not done yo can re-close it and bake a bit more It will steam up nicely
