I'm sending my 73 Harley z90 in a big rig .hw to attach to pallet and do I need to completely enclose it?

well Target carries the elf brand, though i'm not sure if they'd have the 100 palette, but you could check there.
target only sells the palettes during the holidays. sometimes i see elf palettes at stores like marshalls and ross.
Sometimes Target carries them. So far I've only seem the 32 color palette, they might sell the 100 during special holidays.
