New Caspian Hotel in Jalan Jubilee Ipoh have no fire Alarm system. For a 3 storeys hotel with 32 rooms isn't it very dangerous? They have only some fire extinguisher tanks around. I was wondering if the hotel caught fire how they gonna be able to notify the guests?
