I clicked on the first one Wikipedia The Free Encyclopedia and it took me to a site that had the diagram, and the theory and application of a shell and tube heat exchanger. It also had a diagram of a U-tube and a straight tube exchanger. It includes a link that said heat exchanger. I didn't follow that link, so I don't know what it would take you to.
