Answer:

ok you're stressing me out so muchStraighteners, bleached blonde and extensions - no no no! These things happen and sometimes you need to say enough is enough and start againThe same thing happened to me and you need to start againFirst of all get it cut as short as you can bare to minimise they amount of damaged hair you're dealing withStart taking hair supplements to boost and speed up healthy regrowthStop using Straighteners or you will fry you hair and it will lose every ounce of vitality left to the point were is will just snap awayNext start using a deep moisturising conditioning mask treatment every other time you wash your hair and a nourishing shampoo and conditioner in betweenDon't blow dry your hair more than once a fortnight or at all if you can manage itdye your hair in a few months time when you hair is in better shape and you have some regrowth to work withGet it done by a Professional and get it your natural colour but with a subtle extra hue such as auburn, gold or chocolateThis will add lots of shine a allow you to regrow your hair without too many touch ups at salonsand remember use SPF and a heat protectioning spray over the summer! good luck x
Same thing happened to meI have really thick wavy hair it sucks so i straightened it it got fried wicked damagedStop straightening your hair for a few monthsThen buy shampoo and conditioner meant for damaged hairI use garnier fructis sleek n shine for damaged hairi'm not sure if it works, but I can tell it made my hair reallly shiny lol it feels smoother, except the ends are still fried I might have to get the dead ends cut off.
my sister use to straighten her her every day well she said she let her hair grow out and then she cut it (like i mean trimmed it) so thats one solution and thers another um i guess thers this shampoo from the comapy LOREALL PARIS named New Vive pro for medium to long hair that is damaged its in a pink container .lol i guess that kinda helped and um like is there white color on the tipsof ur hair that means u have to immediletly take care of it caus it can leave to bladness or individual bald spots
Okay.first of all get your chicken OFF the George Foreman grillNothing against George, but your chicken breasts will be dry and flavorless on that applianceOh, wait - you already found that out! The problem with the GF grill is that it presses the chicken down, thus squeezing out all of the flavorful juices You can buy a grill for your stove top or you can use your broiler or simply a good quality frying panCook your chicken breasts on medium high heat - UNcovered - until they are not quite done (here's the secret now)Keep in mind that meat continues to cook AFTER it's removed from the grill or panSo if you cook it until it's done, it will be OVER done by the time you eat itThat's how you end up with dry chickenSo, cook it until it's just under-done and remove it from the pan and loosely place some aluminum foil over it for 15 minutesThis does two things: First, it allows the chicken to finish cooking and secondly, it allows the meat protein to rest which brings all the juices to the center of the meatSo when you cut it, all the juice (and flavor) won't run outTo add even more flavor to your chicken, buy a meat marinade injectorMany major department stores carry them nowThey are basically a big old hypodermic needleYou place marinade in the needle and inject it right into the meat before it's cookedJust use your favorite marinade (one of my favs is homemade Italian salad dressing).
