Answer:

Bake the potato in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutesFor added flavor and moisture, I would recommend rubbing a bit of olive oil on the skin, sprinkling it with salt and pepper, and wrapping it in foilAs for toppings, butter, sour cream, chives, and cheese are a great start.
Potatoes usually take about an hour in the oven at 350-375 degrees, I think sour cream is a good topping with chives and butter.
Poke a couple of holes in them, place them in foil (helps retain moisture), set the oven to 350-375 degrees, and bake for about 1 hour.more if they are very largeChoose any toppings you like: sourcream, butter, salt, pepper, olives, chopped beef, chili, cheese, etc.
If you want a tender skin, wrap the washed and dried potato in foil before putting it in the ovenPotatoes baked this way are not good for twice baked potatoesFor a sturdy skin, bake the washed and dried potatoes in the oven without wrappingThe baking time is the same for either way of bakingMy family prefers the wrapped methodIt is how many restaurants bake theirsIt provides a bowl for any toppings that might over run the potatoI like butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and chivesMy husband likes ketchupMy daughter likes sour cream, pepper, chives, and ranch dressingThe reactions my family gets at Golden Corral are fun to watchI never go to the baked potato island with themI love to watch peoples' reactions as they walk byYou can also use grated cheese, garlic powder (this is good on almost anything), parsley, any herb or spice that you wantCrumbled bacon, chopped hamYour imagination and taste buds are your only limiting factor.
I would say to turn up the furnace a little bit at night and put a blanket over her cageI you want more advice go talk to the local vet and while you at it, it would also be a good idea to take her in for a check-up, just to make sure she's ok and since she's still a baby you need to take extra care of herGood luck and congrats on your new hammy!!
