how can you preform this with only a knife and ball point pin... and i need steps that arent scenintific
Extend the head, like the person is looking up Find the cartilage in the neck (try going for the lower neck) and go between to of these spots with a knife and stick the pen through (take out the ink and the plug out of the other end so it is open like a straw..... and that's it. Try to have the knife and pen as clean as you can....surgically this is supposed to be sterile I hope you aren't asking so that you can go do it now, if so just call 911 because this can cause really bad infections!
