id put them in the oven if i was you, itll work fineand dont worry this happpened to me before, its a certain materail you put in there that makes it sparkclean your microwave out, that might help:) enjoy your pizza! i fancy some now O.o
The microwave should be fine, the sparks were caused because you put metal in the microwavehopefully the components arent burnt out but it should be fine.
