I bought the right wiring harness but now what? Also what should I do with the ground wire? On the stock unit there was a seperate plug where the ground wire was. Detailed help is appreciated.

Unplug your factory stereo. Take your wiring harness and color match the wires coming from your aftermarket radio. Ground wire should be black and have a place on your aftermarket wiring harness to wire to your radio. Once youve wired them all just plug in wiring harness in your factory one. Hook up your antenna (may need an antenna adapter) and your done! Hope this helps

Its easy enough to do but got no idea how to talk someone through it. The ground wire is just that it should be connected to a peace of frame that is grounded To check if a peace of frame or metal is grounded run a hot wire from fuse box and test (with circuit tester) Wish ya the best of luck but it might be best if ya got someone to help you or do it for you. Not being mean but at least a year of high school electronics would help

I unquestionably have a ninety 8 mazda protege that i had to enhance the stereo. each thing become working super with the previous one, yet i wanted a extra modern Bluetooth stereo. i'm effective I unquestionably have the speaker wires ultimate and there is means to the top, yet no sound. no longer something. the vehicle has 2 better wires that don#x27;t have a tournament with the recent stereo: illumination cord and dimmer cord. the recent stereo has one better that does no longer have a house: a blue#x2F;white cord that could be a equipment command terminal amp cord(?) i'm thoroughly lost on why there is not any sound I replaced yet another stereo in a distinctive vehicle a on an identical time as back with out any hiccups, so what am I doing incorrect now?
