i got some certo and drank one pouch with some gatorade and then i thre up twice is all that certo still in me or did i just puke it up and yes i know certo doesnt coat your lungs so all you know it alls can blow me but certo does have fruit pectin which is a soluble fiber and each packet has 0-64 grams of it and the soluble fiber will help get rid of thc in your system
