Question:

Is SQUARE credit card reader useful at flea markets?

I sell at flea markets and people always say they don't have enough cash on them. Is Square something good to have? Do people like using? Thanks

Answer:

I unquestionably have a craft employer to boot and that i do no longer use the mastercard machines. I do in simple terms no longer do sufficient exhibits to justify the value. If it particularly is a few thing you would be doing plenty, i'd advise looking into it. There are ones with the carbon replica so you might use and others that are extra progressed and extreme priced.
Not really. People just say that as an excuse to not buy something or get a better price. I dont think people that go to flea markets would feel comfortable using a portable credit card machine or phone.
Yes. It works very well. I see it being used at street fairs, craft shows. I used one for a while but switched to a conventional portable card reader because it prints receipts, which most people like. It's common these days for people not to carry a lot of cash.
