No. You have to either patch or replace the tube.
you can use a can of fix a flat before you go and put a can in each of your tyres now and check pressures before you go this way if you run over nail tyre doesn't go flat you 'd be surprised how many wagons have this stuff in their tyres all the time
I don't recommend it because if it does not work, you will have a serious mess inside your tire. The preferred is to pack extra tubes. You may also be able to seal up your wheels to use tubeless tires so plugging will be an option. Mull Engineering
Take it to the dry cleaners asap, and don't attempt to do something to it your self. a superb cleaners would be waiting to tell you if this is bumped off or not, yet pre-treating it is going to easily make it greater troublesome.

At the beauty supply store they sell hair dye remover that they use in salons to remove hair dye from fabric. There are a couple different brands, but the one with the flip top that is $2.99 works well because you can saturate the dye, blot with a cloth on top with one below and it will transfer the dye to the bottom cloth. And, it also works on towels, carpet, wood and tile grout (I've had some dye mishaps on those surfaces too)
