I think I need more fiber; what should I eat?

My class just learned about fiber and I don't think I'm getting enoughIf you eat more fiber, what does it do? What foods contain a good amount of fiber? Thanks for any info.Serious answers only, please.

Dude, you sound like an idiotUnless you've tried/tested it (which you obviously have not), you can't say it doesn't workI worked in a lab for years and we always know when someone uses vinegar, because they have a high level of acetic acid in their urineUnfortunately, that is not what the drug test screens forIt just asks if THC was present, and we have to check noDrinking 1 part vinegar with 4 parts water once a day for 4 to 5 days prior to taking a urine test will cause THC to not be detected in your urine with the current testsThis is thought to be due to the fact that because your urine is acidified (due to the vinegar), it makes detecting other things difficult by the testNow in the future, they may use a test that works around this, but for now, the vinegar thing definitely worksWe've tried it several times in the lab and like I said, THC can't be detected.
