See if the wiring is in line with the instructions
I haven't used PLC in delta! But all PLC are pretty much the same! Manual under the instructions! Find the pulse output command! In general, the MITSUBISHI PLC uses two output terminals, the Y0 and the Y1! Look for instructions from Delta. Look, those two are transistor outputs
