Question:

I've knitted a scarf however, I had to use more than one skains of yarn and they're slightly different colors.?

Can I dye the whole scarf a color so that they are the same color? How would I do this? Does this hurt the fibers of the yarn?

Answer:

you probably could dye the scarf and have minimal damage but if i were you i wouldn't dye it at all! You said that they are slightly different colors, so not only would that make the scarf look different adn creative but it will also save you the hassle of dying itThe contrast of the 2 different colors i think would look great, especially if the colors are close to the same, you don't see that very oftenSo i would just leave it the way it is-it turned out that way for a reason!
You don't need my help you know what to do, I might offer try and get more air moving up stairs Good Luck
