I renting right now a old old house from like 1890 and it has no insulation the roof is flaking off and same with the garage has original siding and windows you can see he wooden shingles underneath the landlord isn't fixing cause it isn't leaking yet he just has tar put on I want to buy a mobile home to live in cause they cheaper and I can save money to get something better how do I go about doing this right I hate moving I don't have any clue where to start looking for a Mobile home
