im 14 and a terrible chef so something like fruits or microwavable stuff or something i can just grab goooo!im doing this because of schooli need something to fill me up in mornings and hold me until lunch im really skinny so i eat and get full VERY quickly then im hungry 2 hours later so i need a high fiber dietalso i dont eat after like 7 cause i go to bed at 10 on weekdays + if im full when i go to bed im not hungry for breakfast in the morning i dont eat breakfast then i get hungry as soon as i get to school and have to wait 4 hours to eat :/so.1) what are good high-fiber foods (besides fruit fiber bars)2) What are excellent high fiber foods to bring to school sneak to eat in class?3) i lt;3 spagettiis that high in fiber? lol.P.S- im not worried about calories soo u dont have to list things that have like 50 calories but nothing with like 900 calories eitherand it does have to be healthy.
Is the concern that you can't weigh it on a balance because it is too big and hangs over the edges? Could you just wad it up into a ball and weigh it? Hi Taterbug, To answer your first question, I really recommend porridge in the morningsJust add a bit of milk to the oats and microwave it for 2 minutesThrow some dried fruit on top (raisins are good) and its really delicious, and very healthyIts also full of fiberOther cereals that are high in fiber are things like Bran FlakesAnything with Wholegrain or Bran in the name is a good bet! To answer your second question, Bananas are a great easy snack that are high in fiberI have at least one or two a dayAny fruit are good for snacking on if you want to keep your diet fibrousAs for your third question, try cooking the the spaghetti with wholegrain (brown) pastaIt tastes a bit different, but its still really nice, and its got much more fiber than white pastaI hope this helps! :)
