I want to remove copper alloy layer from bonded sheet with silver?
That is going to be difficult as they have similar chemistry. However, silver is more noble, and aqueous silver salts will react with copper metal to make silver metal and copper salts.
If it is a coating you are trying to remove sometimes scotchbrite can help, however it'll be dificult in tight corners and such. Maybe if you put in more details i can try and figure out a more suiting solution.
