I want to remove my entire exhaust system from my old CBR125R. Is it safe?
It is safe, so long as you reinstall it before using the bike. Running the bike without an exhaust system will cause lean enough running that you risk damaging the motor. It will also run VERY poorly, stumbling and hesitating very badly whenever you try to accelerate. The noise will also prompt your neighbors to shoot both you and your bike.
No, without carburetor jetting and tuning you will blow your engine in a hurry, plus it will sound ridiculous. If you want it to be louder, buy a performance exhaust for it.
