I am finishing my attic into a master bedroom and am considering the icenene spray in type insulation Has anyone used this and what are the pros and cons of this compared to standard insulation???Please help!!!
icenene costs more then regular insulationI don't think the r value is better, but the key to insulating is stoping the penatration of outside airicenene is alot better then your typical blow in insulation or batted insulation when it comes to stoping outside air from penatrating the insulated area.
If you are planning on watching what you eat, frying food is not a great idea Try broiling or grilling insteadYou can poach chicken too but it doesn't have much flavor that way You can also cook the chicken in a non-stick pan with a little cooking spray (ie Pam) or a small amount of oil.
