For a while now a group of us have been thinking of trying to set up something to help improve the standard of road safety on horses in my area . I've had so many close shaves over the years and about 6 months ago a girl and horse where hit by a car side on the girls leg was shattered and she unfortunatly lost it , the horse had to be put too sleepI was thinking of going to go to the local schools to try and get across that horses are unpredictable animals and tech the correct way to pass horses in cars and how to act around them in general ,the hope would be to get them when they're young so the will always have good habits and hopefully pass them on to their parents :) .any other ideas on things we could potentially do ? Were also trying to improve rider habits too so any suggesdtions for that would be greatly appreciated too ?
The anti glare coating reduces the reflection off the lenses, people can see your eyes better and it allows a little more light to reach your eyes. It will also cut down on the multiple reflections people see in the edges of your lenses when looking from an angle (however, if your prescription is mild, this isn't much of a problem). It is NOT the same as a polarized lens, so don't expect it to eliminate glare from reflective surfaces, etc like sunglasses. Personally I never get it as I think it is a waste of money. As for the lenses, you didn't say what strength your prescription is. If it is pretty strong, you probably want the 1.67 lenses. A lot of people say to avoid the polycarbonate ones.
Show them that you've read every precaution and will be extremey safe with it. Also stress the fact that you will not take it out into public or let friends use it or when friends are there. Parents eat that up. Also learning good bb gun safetly leads to good gun safety. after you bull your way through you can do whatever you want they already bought you the gun right? but seriously be safe especially if its pump or CO2 powered. They are crazy powerful so don't get hurt. I'm 17 and have had bb guns since i was like 9 and i've learned that they hurt but can be crazy fun so have fun and be safe.
