If i buy a punch bag and boxing gloves is there much exercises i can do with then?

ok so first you talk to the new penguin and get him to shut the door then he wont be able to open it again so you go to the office and under the couch there is a BOOt disk and a paperclip get both of them. then go to the computer and put in the BOOT disk it will say my files click on it and go to cobinatin codes it will say some thing like (for example:) N 6 S 7 E 1 W 0 that means north is 6 south is 7 and so on. go back to where the new penguin and enter the code. then go inside and tak to the penguin then you phone thingy will ring G is calling you to the HQ go there he will show you a video watch it then he will say go to the roof but it will be locked. so he shows all these keys with codes on them one of them is the key to open the roof sooo you decode them and take the one to the roof. go back to the office and there will be a door thats says roof take the key and unlock it then go to the roof. once on the roof you will see a big magnic and box that say POWA (or something) look at your spy phone and hit tools take the wrench and unscrew the screws of the box look in the box take the paperclip and put it in the middle of the box then the magnic shoold shut down. go back to the roof and on the vent will be white hairs pick them up. got back to the gift shop (where the new penguin is) and go in the vault the penguin will jump out and talk to him. then go to the HQ and show G the hair he will say that the dance floor lites were knocked out, so go to the dance floor and down in the boiler room there will me a reset box on the wall click on it and this is the hard part, you have to get all of the lites green!!! youll see wut i mean when you do it. then once your done with that go back to the HQ talk with G and collect you metal and letter, yay!!!! you sloved it! (or shoold i say i solved it, hee hee) have fun!
I have the same problem with the hose on my cv-p12lx problem is that the diameter is 5.25 inches ID dryer hoses are 4, 6 so a reducer could be used with aluminum duct tape. Problem is only aluminum hose is available and I tried it and it heated up to a point that it was hot to the touch and it was a smaller diameter, not sure if that affected the performance. I'm going to find an industrial hose company in my area that I can buy 10 feet of industrial 5.25 inch hose, if available that is rated to 180 degrees
