If i do not bake fish with liquid, will it turnout dry?

I want to make some flounder fillets and I have a spice mixture and I am planning on baking it for 5-7 minutes in a 450 degree ovenThere isn't any liquid in the mixture except for some lemon juicewill the fillets turnout dry this way?
