If it was a four door. the back seat. but if it was a two door the front.
If the motor is turning you're gonna want to take a look and make sure all of the linkages are attached properly and see that the motor is actually turning. There's most likely a panel covering them held down by screws
Becuase you hear the motor on does not mean that the motor is good . Most likely it needs to be replaced .

a gear might be slipping so its not catching the wiper to move it. I would just replace the wiper and see if that works or go up to auto zone or somewhere im sure they will check it out for free
