If I had a car quantum locked over a magnet, would I feel the weight of the car if I were to lift the magnet?
If two things are connected together BY ANY PROCESS OR DEVICE WHATSOEVER then to move one must move the other. Hence the force required is the force needed to move both. And the energy required is the energy provided to both. So YES you would feel the weight of the car. The car is lifted when you lift the magnet so you are lifting the magnet AND the car.
