Question:

if using turbo/supercharger you cant have air intake?

do turbos and superchargers use the hole that air intakes use? meaning you cant have an air intake on a car with turbos or supercharger?

Answer:

No, you need an air intake to make the turbocharger work, cause it work with exhaust gasses A supercharger uses a belt, if the belt is not running the supercharger is not running ergo you need an intake to the engine to make the belt run :)
Hi Forced induction engines still have air filters so you can still fit a cold air induction kit. Very best regards Geordie
