I would rather have a condo so I don't have to worry about hiring people to mow my lawn and do all yard work I can no longer doIt would have to be on the first level as my knees give me so much troubleA small deck or patio would be nice for my potted plants and flowersI rather live on the top floor but for that I would need an elevator and most condos and apartments don't see the need for one I guess.
