Whole grain cereals are good for fiberCereals like Rasin Brand Crunch or Grape NutsAnd milk and eggs are really good for protein! I crave them a lot now that Im preggoAnd I refuse to eat seafood and Im not a huuuuge meat eaterSo I get most of my protein from eggsI also buy the little quiches that you keep in the freezer and I heat em up and have them as a healthy snackAlso, you can get those quaker chewy bars! They now have 5 grams of protein and they are made with kids in mind so they are very tasty!
I don't have the patience for a long list, but eating grains that have whole wheat or whole grains are good for fiberDrink lots of milk, pasteurized cheeseIf you still run short, you can always take prenatal vitamins.
