If you were a business, wouldn't YOU move elsewhere to escape greedy union rules?
2Al(s) + 3Cu2+(aq) → 2Al3+(aq) + 3Cu(s) The copper ions gain electrons from the aluminium and form copper metal while the aluminium loses electrons to form aluminium ions (present is aqueous solution as aluminium chloride So what is the bloke below trying to say? Surely his equation 3CuCl2 + 2Al (s) - 3Cu (s) + 2AlCl3 is the same as mine!!!!! 3Cu2+ (+ 6Cl-) + 2Al(s) - 3Cu (s) + 2Al3+ (+ 6Cl-) is the same as what is REALLY happening and that is the oxidation of aluminium to aluminium ions and the reduction of copper ions to copper The 6Cl- ions are freely available on BOTH sides of the equation and actually play no part in the REDOX process happening here!!!) 2Al(s) + 3Cu2+(aq) → 2Al3+(aq) + 3Cu(s) I think he is overblowing his trumpet!!!
Aluminum Ionization Energy
This Site Might Help YouRE: What is the ionization equation for Aluminum and.? What it the ionization equation for Barium? Oxygen? and ChlorineI am trying to help my son with his homeworkSo we need all 4; Aluminum/Barium/Oxygen and ChlorineI know I can count on my Yahoo friends!
Unions exist because of the abuses of big business There are far more examples of abuse by employers, and every single rule was created in response to an act by the employerMany industries pay workers to be available even if they have no workFirefighters, police, doctors, nurses all are paid to go to work and be available if neededNext time your house is on fire, do you really want to wait while the fire stations rounds up a team of firefighters to be available? And I bet that if you were left standing at a bus stop because there were not enough available bus drivers you'd be screamingStaffing elevators at building sites is a safety issue, as is having an operator on board a trainIf the guy in the second car has a heart attach, is the automated train available to take care of it? If you have a job, you would not have any overtime pay, paid holidays, vacation time, medical insurance, or retirementIf you are injured or crippled, there would be no disability or Workman's comp, you would just be out of a jobBe careful what you wish forAs a business owner, I believe employees have a right to be treated respectfully and they have a right to expect safe working conditionsThe best employees have a solid home life and are able to work a regular schedule with time to spend with family, devote to hobbies, and further their educations.
