Well if you get a mountain tire you are pretty safe. I have to mountain mountain bikes with mountain tires and standard wal-mart innertubes. I have been seriously abusing them for a couple years now, and only had one flat when i smashed my wheel right into a curb.
I have had no flats since switching to thorn resistant tubes over 3000 miles ago. My tires are made by Kendra and I have a little over 5000 miles on them.
cell and charger, blanket, pillow, and my whole family. whether i get burned or not i dont care. as long as everyone is safe
My fire extinguisher. My family and pet would already be outside and all my important papers are stored in a fire proof safe.
I would be the last one out not because I am slow or because I am grabbing something but because I live in the cozy basement. while I am down there I would make sure I have my keys and my wallet. I would grab my cat out of my room first, then a cold bottle of water. After that I would take my jacket and throw everything in my car and drive out of the garage. All calm like cause thats how I do everything.
