Question:

Illegal to park in front of house with fire hydrant?

The street fire hydrant is in our front yard and every night our neighbors teens friends park in front of our house. I have asked them nicely not to park there since they block the hydrant and left nice notes, still they park there. I don't want a fire to happen and their car be in the way, so should I call the police? Is it illegal to park there? I live in a town outside of San Diego if it matters

Answer:

I am not sure about your country .But in India yes they modify the car and also bikes , they have special priviliges and the cars and bikes are powerful .
Police cars have a heavier-duty suspension than standard automobiles but there isn't anything exotic about it. If you order the same model as a police car, you can get the same thing. It's known as the police package or trailer towing package
Not true. They do have modified suspensions for heavy duty use - like cutting through medians - but nothing special for speed bumps. They do a nice job of training officers on high speed driving which may help them navigate irregular surfaces.
Does it try this in all gears, or purely some? this is general for the chain to circulate once you hit a bump, it rather is the spring rigidity interior the cage of the rear derailleur that holds the chain tight. in the adventure that your chain is doing this purely whilst the chain is on the smaller chainring in front and the three smallest cogs in back, it rather is not odd because of the fact the rear derailleur grants much less chain rigidity in those gears. If this is taking place in all gears, the two your chain become cut back somewhat long, or the rear derailleur cage isn't offering adequate rigidity.
The opposite is true many speed bumps are designed to allow emergency equipment to pass over them in a way that doesn't impair their driving as much. Speed bumps are dumb anyway there are much better ways to control speeding such as traffic islands, parking control, stripe, community self-enforcement, etc.
