so you buy a stroker block and choke it on the carbGo with the full suggested kitMust make the bike heavy though.
You should probably talk to your parents that you are interested in losing weight and you should ask if they could buy healthier foods, and by that I mean anything that isn't loaded with sugar or deep fried, etcEven create a list of things you would like, like carrot sticks for a snack when you get home, maybe some pasta for dinnerYou could even start cooking family meals so the whole family can join in in eating betterBut remember, dieting doesn't necessarily mean eating miniscule portionsYou can actually gain weight that way because your body things that there isn't enough food so it starts storing fat incase you starveYou cut portions, but enough so you still feel satisfied You should also drink lots of waterAt least 64 oza dayAll this water will help you lose water weightIronic, but true none the less, as you will excrete the extra water as you become hydratedSalty foods will retain this water, so try to avoid themIt's also pretty good for when you go out to eat, and say you order french friesOrder them unsalted, and you will more than likely get fresh fries as oppose to fries that have been sitting out for an hour Remember: excercise! Try setting aside at least half an hour of bike riding a dayYou can do more as you start to feel betterBut you don't have to do blantant excercise, something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator can help over timeYou may want to start doing crunches (not sit-ups, those strain the back), pushups, and even leg lifts to help tone your bodyBut keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat.
