I‘m getting ceramic braces on the top and metal on the bottom.But i have a choice of getting metal on both rows.So which is better?Would it look weird if i had clear on the top and metal on the bottom?
Regular potting soil. Drainage is more important.
I have the ceramic ones on the top but only on the first 6 teeth. Then I have metal on the bottom. It doesn't look weird it looks good.
i just got ceramic on top and metal on bottom yesterdaaay, and they hurt : / i think you should get what you think is nice and if you you smile with all your teeth (bottomtop), you should get all ceramic or all metal. but, if you smile with only your upper teeth, you should get clear on top and metal on the bottom. its your opinion though (:
No, it doesn't look weird to get ceramic on the top and metal on the bottom. however, keep in mind that the ceramic ones are a bit high profile and stick out a tad farther on the tooth than the metal ones do. It looks pretty awkward on me because my orthodontist put my brackets on the lower part of my upper teeth.but that's not the case for most people. If the brackets are placed on the middle of the teeth, they blend in very well and on most people, you can barely notice they are there. hope this helps :)
