What happens if someone uses a weapon that's nto a chair?

Yes. Only Chairs are allowed. If you use other weapons, you will be disqualified.
They should call it Chairs ppv while there at it pretty useless if you ask me.

A Chairs Match is a stipulation match that goes with the TLC PPV, you can win the match-up by either pinfall or submission. Chairs are the only legal weapons in this match. The only two match you could look for reference would be the Batista vs The Undertaker match for the World Heavyweight Championship back in the 2009 Tables, Ladders, and Chairs PPV. And the 2010 Tables, Ladders, and Chairs PPV featuring John Cena and Wade Barrett.
