Inductance ballast and electronic ballast are different
Inductance ballasts inductive reactance of inductance and self induction electromotive force is used to light the gas discharge lamps and lanterns, self inductance electromotive force "breakdown" tube gas launch tubes, inductance limiting lamp current is not burned.
