Question:

installing security on my PC. How do I access the system administrator on my win xp homeedition to chg setngs?

I believe a worm or something got into it. my computer runs properly, but for some reason, all of a sudden, I cant access the add remove programs tab because the computer displays something that says that the operation was 'cancelled due to restrictions on this computer and that I should contact the sytem administrator'. Also, When I try to download my norton 360 anyway, I get the same prompt in regard to the sytem registry. which leads me to the conclusion thatI need to log on as sytem administrator, and change the setting. but I dont know how or where to access these settings. I have windows xp. I believe 2004. PLEASE HELP!!!

Answer:

Well, soccer cutie, your good looks aren't (lol) going to help you on this onebut, I'm a granddad, so I'm GLAD you're cute. Since it would be almost impossible to duplicate the complex lower structure of the track (which still has metal rails) even if you found a complete architectural blueprint online or at a local firm; I would think in terms of a SIMPLE model comparing (not the lower structure, BUT) the tops (heights from ground) of each roll or hill and the distance they are apart! Similarly, the distance from the ground of the bottoms of the hills and the distance apart from the other bottoms. YOU could REALLY DO THIS, by cutting 2 identical curved up and down profile pieces from thick plywood (cut at the same time thru both pieces) then join them with grooved wood to accommodate the 'car' like a real roller coaster car. HOW? Just use a BALL BEARING for your car. GOODLUCK, and Merry Christmas PS: Your track could be 2 rubber hoses together (get lg. vacuum hoses at auto supply or gas hose) for ball bearing to roll between.
cheap is good, but a cheap alarm system for only $7 raises some eyebrows. that cheap is too cheap IMO. read some reviews, but I doubt a good alarm system is possible with just $7.
