You don't mention if you where moving it around,if you where just crawling around not moving it you will be all right,sometimes if you breath in the dust it can irritate your lungs and you can cough for 1 or 2 daysI prefer a respirator if i have to work with insulation,you get a better seal around your mouth,also wear one off those paper suits and really old clothes,gloves,and shoes If you just moving around you will be fine,just make sure you wash your hands really well,I don't know how often i have scratched my self afterwards, and reggretted it
