Question:

Internal USB 4 pin connectorwhere does it go?

Alright building a computer for a client of mine and the tower has a front USB panel for easy convenience. The front panel has 3 separate cables. 2 of them are 4 pin USB internal cables and the other is a simple ground pin connector.

Answer:

check the webpage of the motherboard brand
on the yellow connectors should be usb 56 or usb 78
Hi, I haven't seen what you're describing before either, just so you know you're not going mad! But just as a thought, it looks as if the two 4-pin connectors would fit nicely into a standard 9-pin internal connector, and supposedly the single ground connector would fit on the spare pin. It would be wise to look at a regular 9-pin USB plug to see which way round they go, etc., but I'm sure this would work fine. P.S. Ing. Luis M - that isn't an answer mate, no help whatsoever.
