Iron low but no way to boost it.?

There are no iron suppliments in the stores around me, and my doctor can‘t prescribe them. I need a way to raise the iron in my body.

Also raisins are an excellent source of iron. Dried fruit in general is a great source of iron.

Eat red meat. Liver has the most iron in it but any beef will do.
