The pediatrician of my 10 month old baby girl has given her an Iron supplement,which I have been giving her for a week now. I would to like know if this is ok since I‘ve been giving my baby iron-fortified Nestle cereal and been breastfeeding her since birth. Would this cause an Iron overload to my baby girl?
